As an artist and printmaker, I am inspired by words, stories, and symbols from Ireland’s past.
I share my passion for Ireland’s words, heritage and culture through the designs and experiences I create.
As well as creating multilingual Irish language t-shirts and gifts, I work across Ireland’s Ancient East with community, heritage, and commercial projects to bring Irish language, culture, and heritage to life.
My hands-on immersive workshops and art experiences - delivered at festivals events and venues across Ireland - give everyone the opportunity to explore their own creativity and be inspired by traditional stories and techniques.
I am a member of Blackstack Studio in Kilkenny, which represents a collective of 14 artists. It is here that I produce stencils for screen printing and designs. The designs are then printed onto organic, sustainably and ethically produced t-shirts and covetable giftware in my studio in Kildare. All of the ranges, designs, and experiences I offer draw inspiration from the stories and symbols of Ireland’s Ancient East.
I have professional membership of Visual Arts Ireland, the Design and Crafts Council of Ireland and of Peannairí, the Asssociation of Irish Calligraphers.
Angelina's Artventures was accredited as a Design Leader as Gaeilge by Ireland’s Business All Stars Programme and was a finalist in the Irish language category of the Business All Star awards 2018.
